In my role as Engagement Manager at Avantage, I build highly engaged teams that deliver solutions on time and on budget. To do so, I engage with all project stakeholders to ensure client goals are well-aligned with internal strategy. I connect with each team member to understand how they can best contribute to each project.
With over a decade of experience, I have been fortunate to work and live across the globe, which has allowed me to grow personally and professionally. Because of these experiences I have the ability to understand multiple perspectives and find creative, out-of-the-box solutions to challenges.
I harness my positive attitude and love for details to develop solutions that solve real business problems. One of my biggest strengths is working with clients to pin-point their operational challenges and then build specialized teams tailored to resolving these issues. This is my passion – providing exceptional client experiences while building long-lasting relationships.
I feel strongly about growing my skills and learning throughout every stage of life. In addition to learning new things, I love traveling, hiking, running, reading, gardening and visiting museums.
