I am a Project Manager and Engagement Manager at Avantage with 22 years of industry experience. As project manager, I am responsible for managing vendors, technical teams and stakeholders to ensure projects are completed to the highest standard. In the Engagement Manager capacity, I manage team resources to ensure exceptional outcomes for Avantage clients. 

Throughout my career I have managed complex projects with many moving parts. I recently acted as project manager as we navigated the transition of a recently-acquired casino. The project had extensive scope – the casino spanned multiple sites and hosted two data centers. I effectively managed the project and my team throughout the transition, navigated challenges as they emerged, and delivered the project on time. 

As a project manager, I pride myself on my ability to solve problems in unconventional ways. I understand which tools can add value to a project, and I effectively juggle many responsibilities at once to deliver projects simultaneously. 

In my spare time, I enjoy playing soccer, snowboarding, hiking, and listening to music.
