I bring over 25 years of technology consulting and management experience to Avantage. My areas of specialty include business model transformation planning and execution, and I have extensive experience introducing new products and services to the market.

To me, success is deeply rooted in the ability to forge winning relationships; achieved through setting clear expectations on goals, understanding how these goals are measured, tracked, and improved upon to reach mutually desired outcomes. As such, nurturing a team and having a solid strategy supported by consistent program execution are key areas of concentration for me.

Prior to joining the Avantage team, I co-founded a company that develops a customer value management and pricing optimization platform. Other intellectual property we developed includes a social skills platform that provides organizations insights into the skills they have and need.

I am regularly invited to speak about growth strategies related to skills, value and pricing through private equity, professional associations and innovation communities.

When not working, I love traveling, exploring different cultures, reading and writing, and running. I love cooking with fresh ingredients, always exploring creative blends of sweet and spicy paying homage to my Southeast Asian origins.
