Our Senior Consultants are leaders in the industry, having personally been responsible for delivering successful engagements to clients for a minimum of 14-16 years. Within the Energy and Natural Resources practice, this role will be responsible for engagement leadership, client development, resource development and program development within the context of energy and natural resources. This broad practice covers Oil & Gas, Pipelines, Utilities, Mining, Forestry, Fishing and Agriculture generally. Required attributes include: Working Experience. A minimum of 14yrs experience in either a consultative capacity or in a management role. Functional Experience. Deep experience in one of the following functional disciplines: Operations, Finance, Supply Chain, Distribution, Logistics Industry Experience. Demonstrated experience in the Energy and Natural Resources industry. Formal Credentials. At least a Baccalaureate Degree in a relevant field. Delivery Excellence. Track record of successfully delivering large and complex engagements while managing teams of more than 8 resources, budgets in excess of $1M and durations of more than 12 months. Team Leadership. Evidence of successful leadership of teams, including client teams and internal teams. Desired attributes include: Thought Leadership. Examples of how you have contributed to your field through published works, speaking engagements or otherwise. Community Leadership. Examples of past and present leadership within community groups in your field. Business Development. Examples of how you were able to develop business within your practice or field and manage client relationship over longer periods. Other Credentials. The ideal candidate has an MBA ,  CMC , CMA , CGA / CCA / CPA , CA  or equivalent post-graduate certification or degree. Domain Experience. Experience within the domain of service integration, process rationalisation, trading partner integration or workforce enablement and alignment is an asset.
