It is cliche to say that this is a people business, but for us we take this to another level.

Any consulting practice will have smart, highly skilled people employed within their teams. This is 'par for course'. In fact, you likely assume that our consulting team are among the most experienced and expert people within their respective practice areas, and you would be right.

Avantage seeks first exemplary attitude and aptitude even before assessing expertise and experience. Why do we do that? Because our consulting teams can't be successful unless they can help YOU to be successful. In order to do that we have to be easy to work with, highly team-oriented and collaborative, selfless in terms of personal credit and motivated only by shared success.

We really wish you had the opportunity to meet each of the people below, but knowing that isn't likely we just hope you get to meet a few.
